Biography

Tamoy Singh Clarke is a certified project manager with over 18 years of experience leading environmental initiatives within the non-profit and intergovernmental sectors in Jamaica and the Wider Caribbean Region. Her ability to adapt and deliver results in diverse and dynamic environments underscores her commitment to fostering collaboration, enhancing operational efficiency, and achieving impactful outcomes.
 

Currently, Tamoy serves as the Programme Management Assistant for the Specially Protected Areas and Wildlife (SPAW) Protocol under the Caribbean Environment Programme (CEP) of UNEP. In this role, she supports the coordination and implementation of the SPAW Protocol across the Wider Caribbean Region, leveraging her expertise to drive regional environmental conservation efforts.
