To organize its work, the Committee of Permanent Representatives uses the Rules of Procedure of the UN Environment Assembly, which are available in all UN languages. The rules of procedure, which were adopted by the Governing Council at its twenty-seventh session in 2013 (in decision 27/1), have twice been amended by the Environment Assembly (in resolution 1/2 and resolution 2/1)
