Joseph provides technical and administrative support to developing countries in preparing and submitting their climate transparency reports (BTRs, NCs and BURs) to the UNFCCC under the Paris Agreement. He contributes to improving operational processes, reporting systems, and administrative efficiency through the effective use of digital tools and technology.
Previously, he supported humanitarian and WASH programmes in refugee and marginalized communities and volunteered in child development initiatives that strengthened his foundation in international development, programme management, and stakeholder engagement.
Joseph holds an MBA, with a strong interest in leveraging technology and artificial intelligence to develop practical solutions that enhance organizational performance and sustainable development outcomes.
