Cicilia is a GEF Mitigation and Transparency Project Specialist with the Climate Mitigation Unit, UNEP. Cicilia has been responsible for managing a diverse group of projects in renewable energy, energy efficiency, transport and transparency in several countries globally. She has also managed several project mid and terminal evaluations on the assessment of project performance. Cicilia has over 15 years working experience in programme and project management, youth development and entrepreneurship.
She holds an Msc. In Development Finance from Stellenbosch University, Cape Town with interests in Environmental, Infrastructure and Project Finance. Cicilia is based in Nairobi, Kenya.
