Inger Fedha is an experienced communications professional with over a decade of experience in the international trade and development sector. She holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the United States International University and brings a deep expertise in communications strategy, stakeholder engagement, digital media, brand development, and content creation.
Before joining UNEP, she served as Associate Director of Communications for USAID’s Africa Trade and Investment (ATI) Activity and as Communications Manager at TradeMark Africa. In these roles, she led impactful initiatives including high-level event planning, strategic rebranding, and digital campaigns that significantly enhanced visibility and engagement. Her achievements include organizing high-level events attended by the President of Kenya and various ambassadors, growing USAID ATI’s LinkedIn following by over 7,000 in nine months, and increasing engagement by 66% through a rebranding campaign at TradeMark Africa. Known for her ability to translate complex global issues into compelling narratives, Inger is passionate about communications that drive impact and align with organizational goals. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, networking, and watching soccer and basketball.
