Samwel Gitau is a Finance and Budget Assistant in the Enabling Activities Portfolio within the Global Funds Mitigation and Transparency Section at UNEP.
He provides end to end financial and administrative support across the project lifecycle, including budget preparation, fund management, financial monitoring, reporting and project closure, while ensuring accuracy, compliance and financial integrity.
He also contributes to financial planning and oversight to support effective decision making and efficient project implementation.
