National Ozone Unit and Customs Twinning Workshop & Border Dialogues for Eastern Africa Region – Anglophone Africa Network

UNEP OzonAction Branch is organizing a 3-day Twinning Workshop and Border Dialogue for National Ozone Officers and Customs Officers of selected countries (Ethiopia, Eritrea, Kenya, Rwanda, Somalia, South Sudan, Tanzania, and Uganda) of the Eastern Africa region. This Workshop will have a distinct objective of focusing only on specific selected countries with challenges and focusing only on practical aspects where cooperation between NOU and customs could potentially tackle these specific ODS trade issues. The Workshop will cover two main areas: (1) strengthening the cooperation between countries, and (2), more specifically on border-related issues (border dialogues).
