QUITO, ECUADOR, 5 November 2018 - At the 30th Meeting of Parties of the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer, UN Environment Programme OzonAction and ASHRAE held a side event on Refrigerant Management Tools for countries operating under Article 5 of the Protocol. These tools were developed under a long-standing partnership between the OzonAction and ASHRAE.
