Eva Duer leads the Law Division’s InforMEA team’s work on enhancing the information base needed for the achievement of internationally agreed goals and Multilateral Environmental Agreements. The InforMEA project seeks to strengthen the capacity of national, regional and global environmental networks to collect, curate and monitor environmental law, and to help identify and promote good practice and innovative trends in the field of MEA implementation.
Eva holds a Masters of Law (LLM) Degree from King's College London and a Masters of Science Degree in Law from the University of Vienna which included studies of International Law in Paris.
