The meeting continues the series of ECA meetings for Montreal Protocol Officers and representatives of national RAC associations/sectors to enhance the cooperation between these key stakeholder groups and strengthen the RAC associations to support the HFC phase-down under the Kigali Amendment. There will be joint sessions with Montreal Protocol Officers and RAC Experts, and the latter will have the opportunity to learn about the latest developments in CO2 and ammonia technologies.

The meeting languages are English and Russian. Simultaneous interpretation English–Russian–English will be provided during official meeting days.
