Action & Partnership Hub: A space for solutions, collaboration and impact
Expression of Interest for booths at the Action and Partnership Hub is now OPEN
The Action & Partnership Hub will take place at the first International Conference of the Global Framework on Chemicals from 16 to 20 November 2026 at the Geneva International Conference Centre (CICG), Switzerland.
Interested organizations should submit an application through the online registration form no later than 17 July 2026, including a short description of the activities, solutions, technologies or partnerships they wish to showcase that are aligned with the Conference themes.
Built around the Conference themes of Tracking Progress, Accelerating Action and Investing for Impact, the Hub will showcase practical solutions, partnerships and initiatives that are helping advance the safe and sustainable management of chemicals and waste.
The Hub will bring together governments, industry, businesses, investors, civil society, academia and international organizations to exchange ideas, share experiences, build partnerships and explore opportunities for collaboration that can help accelerate implementation of the Global Framework on Chemicals.

Stakeholders are invited to showcase:
- Projects and initiatives supporting implementation of the Global Framework on Chemicals
- Solutions and technologies for the safe and sustainable management of chemicals and waste
- Good practices, tools and approaches that help reduce risks and promote sustainability across value chains
- Research, data, monitoring systems and knowledge products that support informed decision-making
- Partnerships and collaborative initiatives that are driving action and impact
Hub booths
Booths will be available for organizations wishing to showcase their work during the Conference. Participants are encouraged to create engaging and interactive displays aligned with the Conference themes:
- Tracking Progress
- Accelerating Action
- Investing for Impact
The Hub will remain open throughout the Conference and participants are encouraged to maintain their displays from 16 November 2026 until 20 November 2026.
Booth description
The basic 3 walled 9m2 (3m x 3m) stands will include the following:
- 3 white walls (each consisting of 3 panels L100cms x H250cms)
- 1 sign board with the company /organization name in standard lettering
- 2 spotlights for 9m2
- 1 triple socket
- 1 black package with 1 table and 2 chairs
A selection of additional equipment will be available for rent. Further information will be provided when available.
How to apply
Applications are open to governments, businesses, civil society organizations, academia, international organizations and other stakeholders participating in the Conference.
As part of the application process and completing an expression of interest form organisations will be asked to provide a short description of the activities, solutions, technologies or partnerships they wish to showcase.

Applications should be submitted no later than 31 July 2026.
A participation fee will apply. Detailed information on fees will be provided following submission of an application.
Organizations submitting applications before 31 July 2026 will benefit from an early-bird rate.

Important information
Participation in the Action & Partnership Hub is open only to registered participants of the first International Conference of the Global Framework on Chemicals.
Access to the Conference venue is restricted to registered participants in possession of a valid Conference badge.
