UNEA-8 is led by a Bureau and its President.  

The UNEA-8 Bureau was elected for a period of two years starting at the closure of the seventh session of UNEA on 12 December 2025 and it is composed of ten members, comprising one President, eight Vice Presidents and one Rapporteur, with two members representing each of the five United Nations regions.
