BACKGROUND
The third meeting of the High-Level Officers of the Forum of Ministers of Environment of Latin America and the Caribbean will consider an update from the latest meeting of the Bureau of the Forum in October 2022 and the roadmap for 2023, including the process to develop the Declaration and any Decisions to be adopted by the XXIII Meeting of the Forum later in the year.
The Secretariat will also present a status of the composition of the different Working Groups and Networks of the Forum, with the goal of encouraging increased participation in them, as the main tool for implementation of the decisions of the Forum.
Finally, High-Level Officers will have an opportunity to raise any other issues they would like to discuss.
