A meeting was held with the Directorate General for Research and Innovation. There was a recognition on the importance of the GEO-6 findings for their work and it was agreed that collaboration with UNEP should continue to ensure alignment in particular to the transformations of energy, food and waste systems which were covered in the sixth edition of the Global Environment Outlook.
