Convened under the GEF-8 Integrated Programme Eliminating Hazardous Chemicals from Supply Chains, the Global Supply Chains Forum will bring together policymakers, industry actors, financial institutions, technical experts, and civil society to exchange experiences and advance solutions for more sustainable, circular, and transparent supply chains.
The Forum will feature:
- High-level dialogues and technical sessions on key enabling conditions, including transparency and traceability, policy frameworks, financing mechanisms, and circular business models.
- Showcasing practical solutions and innovations from country projects and global value chain actors.
- A dedicated Sustainable Fashion Presentation, highlighting materials, design approaches, and innovations that reduce hazardous chemicals and promote circularity.
The event will take place alongside the GFC International Conference (16-20 Nov), offering a unique opportunity to connect supply chain actors with national implementation efforts and global policy processes.
