The Enhanced Transparency Framework (ETF) is a mechanism established under the Paris Agreement to track and report on the progress of countries' efforts to meet their Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) for climate change mitigation and adaptation. It includes financial, technological, and capacity-building support for developing countries. The ETF support is crucial for developing countries to build their capacity for reporting and to meet their reporting obligations under the Paris Agreement.
This event showcases success stories of the international cooperation for ETF support, and share insights and lessons learned with a view of identifying low hanging fruits that will ensure more impactful support in the future.
