Bridges in the Andes Conference: Transitions towards sustainability

UNEP, CONDESAN (Consortium for the Sustainable Development of the Andean Ecoregion) and the Humboldt Institute are organizing a 3-day online conference in the lead up to International Mountain Day (11 December) to discuss issues of i) Climate change and ecosystems monitoring ii) Multi-actor governance in mountain environments iii) Sustainable management of mountain ecosystems. 

The event will discuss mountain ecosystems and communities generally, with a strong focus on the Andes. The sessions will be in Spanish and English with simultaneous translation.
