Following up on the 2019 Climate Action Summit, the Italian Ministry of Ecological Transition in collaboration with UNEP is launching a call for pilot projects on digitalisation for flexible and resilient energy systems. The initiative aims to step up global climate action and uptake of clean energy models.

The call will be launched online as part of the Digitalisation for Flexible and Resilient Energy Systems event. The event is organised in the context of the International Energy Agency (IEA) led "Digital Demand-Driven Electricity Networks (3DEN)" Initiative, an inter-agency initiative.

The event will be an opportunity for public and private sector actors to learn about the call for proposals. Information shared will include the terms of reference for pilot projects, application process and timeline, and selection criteria.
