What?

The Green Events Tool (GET) is a web-based platform designed to help improve and evaluate the sustainability performance of events. From transportation and lodging to paper trails, catering and energy use, the GET provides an all-encompassing approach that identifies ways to host eco-friendly events with reduced carbon footprint and other impacts.

Wednesday, 14 September 2022 at 09:00 ET, 15:00 CEST, 16:00 Qatar Time

Who?

The tool is free to use for any interested stakeholder. The first version is only open to organizations. Developed by United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) secretariat and the Gulf Organization for Research & Development (GORD).
