The Emissions Gap Report (EGR) is UNEP's flagship publication released annually prior to the yearly climate negotiations. The EGR monitors the disparity between current national commitments and the emissions pathway needed to limit global warming to 1.5°C. Each edition investigates ways to close this emissions gap.
