Regional Consultative Meeting: Europe 2023

The Regional Consultative Meeting for Europe had hybrid elements to ensure the participation of those unable to join in person.

The consultation aimed to prepare stakeholders for UNEA 6 and to build capacity, to discuss and agree on a regional statement for UNEA 6 with core messages, and to gather input for the positions developed by the upcoming thematic working groups leading on our input on different UNEA resolutions.

Interpretation from and to English in other UN languages used in the region (French, Spanish, Russian) as well as sign language were possible where necessary.
