Regional Consultative Meeting: Latin America and the Caribbean 2023

The RCM was organized in parallel to the XXIII Meeting of the Forum, which took place in Panama City from October 24 to 26, 2023. It was also held in parallel with the Latin American and Caribbean Climate Week (LACCW), organized by the UNFCCC secretariat, from October 23 to 27 at the Hotel Marriot Panama, Albrook, Panama City, Panama.

The meeting was held in a hybrid format, allowing for in-person and remote participation.
