• Draft decision entitled “Management of trust funds and earmarked contributions”;
• Draft decision entitled “Provisional Agenda, dates and venue of the eighth session of the United Nations Environment Assembly”; and 
• Draft decision entitled “Approval of the draft medium-term strategy for the period 2026-2029 and a draft programme of work and budget for the period 2026-2027”.

Accessing all relevant information on draft resolutions and decisions

• for Member States, IGOs and UN entities

Submitted draft resolutions/decisions will be made available on the e-Proposals module on the e-deleGATE platform (replacing the resolutions portal). 

To access e-Proposals, login to e-deleGATE  and go to Nairobi/UNEP/UN Environment Assembly/e-Proposals. 

All relevant information including contact details of the focal points for the main proponents of the resolution, co-sponsors, concept notes, secretariat technical notes and different versions of the draft will be made available on e-Proposals.

Delegates wishing to receive timely communication on the draft resolutions and decisions to be considered by UNEA-7 need to have an account on e-deleGATE and should contact the access administrators nominated by their delegations to be granted access to e-Delegate.

Users of e-Proposals should not disseminate, publicize, link to external sites, or circulate in any form the contents in this platform, including the draft resolutions and decisions, as well as textual proposals or position papers relating to those drafts.

• for Non-Governmental Organizations

The UNEP Secretariat will share by email all submitted draft resolutions/decisions with all UNEP accredited Non-Governmental Organizations.
