Groundwater: An Invisible Cross-Sectoral Fundament for Implementation of the Water Action Agenda

What: To build on the outcomes of the UN-Water Groundwater Summit and on the related “Joint UN-Water Message and Call for Action on Groundwater” prepared by the UN-Water Summit Task Force and that was sent to all Member States asking for voluntary commitments. The side event calls  for concrete actions across the globe and across all sectors, with commitments and full engagement from major stakeholders.
