About the Event
Hosted by Regions4 and the Under2 Coalition during London Climate Action Week 2026, this closed-door roundtable will convene subnational leaders, private investors, philanthropic organisations, and financial experts to explore how to unlock climate finance for states, regions, and provinces. The dialogue will focus on bridging the gap between investor expectations and subnational climate project needs, while advancing a pipeline of investable climate initiatives ahead of COP31. Through strategic exchange and practical case studies, participants will identify opportunities, partnerships, and enabling conditions to scale subnational climate investment.
