'Earth Poetica', a site-specific art installation depicting planet Earth and composed of plastic waste, will be launched on World Environment Day at 3 World Trade Center in Lower Manhattan, New York. The exhibit is open to the public for six months.
Israeli artist Beverly Barkat’s ‘Earth Poetica’ arrives in New York following an acclaimed display at Jerusalem’s Israel Aquarium in 2022. Since its debut, 'Earth Poetica' has been received as a searing poetic dialogue on the growing incursion of plastic waste and the possibility for creative redress.
