The Second Global Authors Meeting of the Sixth Global Environment Outlook (GEO-6)

The preparation of the sixth edition of the GEO global assessment, responded to UNEA Resolution 1/4, by holding a first authors meeting in Frascati, Italy from February 20-24, 2017. The second authors meeting (May 22-26, 2017 in Bangkok, Thailand) focused on addressing comments from the review period of the First Order Draft and also allowed for extensive progress on preparation of the Second Order Draft.  Author teams also integrated new experts determined by the analysis of needs for expertise conducted after the Frascati meeting.
