The nutrient challenge is a complex issue that cuts across different aspects of human life and the environment globally. To address this, several countries have made significant strides towards promoting sustainable nitrogen management, and one of the contributors to this achievement is the adoption of good collaborative practices among various institutions, departments, and ministries.

This webinar is being conducted by the Global Partnership on Nutrient Management (GPNM) as part of a series of information-sharing, technical webinars to support focal points of the UNEP Working Group on Nitrogen. The objective of this webinar is to showcase the good collaborative practices at the national level between ministries and departments.

The Global Partnership on Nutrient Management (GPNM) is a partnership comprising of diverse entities including the government, research and academia, private sector, regional and international intergovernmental organizations, non-governmental organizations along with different UN agencies committed to promote effective nutrient management to achieve the twin goals of food security through increased productivity and conservation of natural resources and the environment.
