In order to facilitate progress and enable the Plenary to finalize and adopt the rules of procedure at its resumed first session (P1.2） the Chair is calling for an informal technical meeting to advance on the draft rules of procedure through focused, text-based discussions among experts. The meeting will be held in person from 1 to 3 October 2026 at the United Nations Conference Centre in Bangkok, Thailand, preceded by regional consultations on the afternoon of 30 September 2026.
Registration for the meeting opened on 10 July 2026. Members of the Panel are invited to register online in accordance with the instructions provided in the invitation letter circulated on 10 July 2026.
