The Global Environment Outlook, seventh edition (GEO-7): The Future We Choose, developed by 287 scientists from 82 countries, provides a comprehensive assessment of the state of the global environment and the decisions needed to respond to today’s environmental crises.
In this context, the United Nations Environment Programme invites participants to join two regional events presenting the GEO-7 Executive Summary in its English and Spanish versions, while exploring the report’s key findings and reflecting on their implications for Latin America and the Caribbean.
These conversations will bring together GEO-7 authors to discuss how scientific evidence can be translated into concrete action, strengthen the connection between science and policymaking, and advance integrated and transformative responses for people and planet.
