This event is conceived as a dynamic, cocktail-style installation that brings together visual art, live culinary performance and social exchange. Over the course of the two-hour activation, guests will be invited to move through the space, interact with the installation and engage with one another in an informal, immersive setting. The programme will open with a fireside chat.
At its core, the experience features a live cooking challenge in which chefs transform commonly discarded ingredients and imperfect produce—sourced from Farm to Feed—into creative dishes. This showcases both household food waste and often-overlooked losses at the producer level. Through layered encounters of conversation, visual storytelling and shared food, the event aims to spark reflection and dialogue on building more sustainable and resilient food systems.
