The Bureau

The International Conference has a Bureau in accordance with its rules of procedure. 

The Bureau advises the President and the Secretariat on the conduct of the business of the International Conference and its subsidiary bodies. The current Bureau will be in office until the closure of the first session of the International Conference.

Consistent with the multi-sectoral character of the Global Framework on Chemicals – For a Planet Free of Harm from Chemicals and Waste and in accordance with rule 15 of the rules of procedure, four representatives of non-governmental participants as well as the chair of the Inter-Organization Programme for the Sound Management of Chemicals (IOMC) participate in Bureau meetings.
