Global Environment Outlook's (GEO-7) fellowship programme
The GEO-7 Fellows are young (younger than 35 years old) experts who support the GEO-7 authors with research, citations and references, visual development and other tasks. The fellows are crucial to the GEO-7 Team and participate in meetings and writing sessions. For the Fellows, being part of GEO-7 is a great learning and networking opportunity as well as a chance to contribute to a major global environmental assessment and interact with experts from all over the world.

Young Talent Pipeline
The UN Environment Programme (UNEP) has launched a new talent acquisition initiative called the Young Talent Pipeline, in partnership with the United Nations Volunteers (UNV) programme. This is aimed at increasing the diversity of experiences and solutions to solve the triple planetary crisis of climate change, nature loss and pollution and waste. This is UNEP's flagship programme to increase UNEP as an employer of choice for young professionals from less regionally represented regions.
