Some of the world's leading economists, including Jeffrey Sachs and Sir Partha Dasgupta, will join over 340 CEOs, ministers and sustainable development experts to find ways of fighting inequalities and environmental degradation by improving our economic systems.
This will be the second conference of the Partnership of Action on Green Economy – a joint initiative of five UN agencies and 11 countries. In a series of Davos-style debates, the speakers will look at the root economic causes of growing inequalities, populism and climate change, and ways to remediate them.
