Mapping of capacity building in chemicals waste and pollution space
Governments, during the resumed first session of the Open-ended Working Group (OEWG 1.2), requested the Secretariat of the OEWG to “prepare mapping of capacity building in chemicals waste and pollution space.” The Secretariat has therefore solicited submissions from Multilateral Environmental Agreements and United Nations organizations on their capacity-building activities on sound management of chemicals and waste and pollution prevention. The aim is for these submissions to inform negotiations at OEWG 2.
In support of this request, members of EMG were invited to provide submissions identifying and briefly describing their capacity-building activities related to the sound management of chemicals and waste and pollution prevention, using the form below. All submissions received will be uploaded online, and submissions will form the basis of an information document for consideration by OEWG 2.
