The updated State Environmental Policy of the Czech Republic (SEP CR) is based on documents prepared in 1999, which the Government of CR acknowledged in its Resolutions of April 14, 1999, No. 323, of January 12, 2000, No. 54, and of July 3, 2000, No. 666.
