The aim of the GGKP is to identify major knowledge gaps in green growth theory and practice and to facilitate the creation of a dynamic green growth community of practice by facilitating interaction between its partners, scholars, practitioners, policymakers, and the private sector. The evaluation was undertaken at the end of the project as defined in the project document to assess project performance (in terms of relevance, effectiveness and efficiency), and determine outcomes and impacts (actual and potential) stemming from the project, including their sustainability. It should however be noted that GGKP has already been successful in raising funds for a follow up phase. The evaluation therefore contains elements of both a Terminal Evaluation and a Mid-term Evaluation.
