This report is a terminal evaluation of a UNEP project implemented between 2010 and 2015. The main aim of the project was to support Major Groups and Stakeholders (MGS) participation within UNEP’s work at policy, programmatic and governance levels and to facilitate the engagement of MGS in international environmental decision-making processes. The evaluation was undertaken after the project’s completion to assess project performance (in terms of relevance, effectiveness and efficiency).
