This report is a terminal evaluation of a UNEP GEF project implemented between 2011 and 2013. The project was aimed at strengthening legislation and parliamentary scrutiny functions within key forested developing countries in support of national efforts to reduce emissions from deforestation and forest degradation (REDD+). This terminal evaluation had two primary purposes to provide evidence of results to meet accountability requirements; and to promote learning, feedback, and knowledge sharing through results and lessons learned among UNEP, GEF and their executing partners including GLOBE International.
