Ana Celeste supports the Global Environment Facility (GEF) portfolio of Climate Change Mitigation projects, especially projects and programs of Latin America and the Caribbean, focusing mainly on transparency, e-mobility and energy efficiency projects throughout the region.

Ignacio develops, oversees and evaluates GEF climate change mitigation initiatives in Latin America and the Caribbean focusing on energy transition, net-zero nature-positive integrated projects and sustainable mobility, partnering with local and global stakeholders to collaborate on relevance and impact.

Luiza supports the Global Environment Facility (GEF) portfolio of Climate Change Mitigation projects, especially projects and programs in Latin America and the Caribbean, focusing mainly on transparency, e-mobility, building efficiency and sustainable cities projects throughout the region.

Camilla supports the Global Environment Facility (GEF) portfolio of Climate Change Mitigation projects, especially projects and programs of Europe and Central Asia and Africa regional portfolio, including project development and implementation in the areas of electric mobility, climate transparency, energy efficiency, renewable energy, sustainable cities and low-carbon buildings.

Alphonse Mutabazi is a home-based Consultant for Climate Change Enabling Activities 

Marcellus supports the GEF climate change mitigation enabling activities projects.

Susan works on the development of GEF-funded Enabling Activities proposals supporting country reporting under the UNFCCC and Paris Agreement.

Sumayya is responsible for the development and implementation of part of UNEP's portfolio of GEF mitigation projects in East Africa. Thematic areas include electric mobility, net-zero nature-positive accelerator, climate transparency, sustainable cities and energy efficiency.

Sandra supports the Global Environment Facility (GEF) portfolio of Climate Change Mitigation projects in Latin America and the Caribbean. She focuses on transparency initiatives, including projects that build reporting systems (CBIT) and those that deliver reports (BTR/NC).

Elca supports the development, management and implementation GEF Climate Change Enabling Activities Portfolio. She has 15 years’ work experience in Climate change, Environment and Natural Resource Management.

Anne supports the coordination and timely implementation of the GEF Climate Change Enabling Activities portfolio.

Ranjila Singh is supporting UNEP's portfolio of GEF climate change mitigation projects in the Pacific region including Capacity Building Initiative for Transparency, Electric Mobility and Climate Transparency projects.  

Derrick Oguda provides financial and budgetary support across projects, including budget preparation, financial monitoring, reporting, and project lifecycle management. He ensures compliance with donor and UNEP regulations, supports project reviews and closures, and liaises with stakeholders across Africa and ECA portfolios.

Tsungi Mutesva is responsible for financial planning, budget management, and strengthening financial controls across UNEP programmes.

She supports strategic decision-making through financial analysis, reporting, donor compliance, and oversight of GEF and GCF funded projects.

Maythinee supports the financial management and oversight of UNEP’s climate change mitigation and environmental projects across the Asia portfolio. Her responsibilities include budget preparation and revision, expenditure report review, financial monitoring, audit coordination, partner financial management, and compliance with UNEP and donor requirements.
