To support the work of the Panel's interim Secretariat and to effectively deliver on its mandate in a timely manner, all governments and stakeholders in a position to do so are invited to provide voluntary financial contributions and in-kind support. These generous contributions will ensure that the interim arrangements are adequately resourced until a dedicated trust fund for the Panel is established. In consultation with the respective donors, any balances of contributions provided in support of the work of the interim Secretariat will be transferred to the Panel's trust fund once established.
