By joining the 10 day running challenge, participants can not only test their running skills by competing with a real animal - either a pangolin, a tiger or an elephants - , they can also learn about these fantastic animals and how they are threatened on a global scale. The campaign closely collaborates with conservation partners -The Pangolin Project, Space for Giants and the Bhutan Tiger Center - providing real data of GPS-tracked animals for the running challenge. UNEP through its Vanishing Treasures programme is actively working with the Bhutan Tiger Center supporting tiger conservation.
