UNEP’s West Asia Office aims through its seventh sub-programme (SP-7), namely Environment Under Review to empower Governments and other stakeholders in West Asia to make evidence-based decisions to achieve environmental sustainability. From 2022 onwards, and according to UNEP’s Medium-term Strategy 2022-2025, this sub-programme will be called Science-Policy.
