The project aims to support Palau to prepare and submit its First Biennial Transparency Report (BTR1) and a combined Second Biennial Transparency Report and Fourth National Communication (BTR2/NC4), which will comply with the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and Paris Agreement reporting requirements while responding to national development goals.
